- The goal of this is to be more flexible / have more times, but I'm also open to a regularly scheduled time! Feel free to come as a group.
Learning Objectives and Outcomes
In this lecture you will:
- Listen to a short lecture about the goals of the course, along with differences between embedded systems and general purpose systems
- Complete an in class exercise comparing and contrasting the Arduino Uno, Adafruit Circuit Playground, and STM NUCLEO Board used in this class.
By the end of this lecture you should be able to:
- Describe the goals of E29 and what you should be able to do at the end of it
- Identify whether a given system is an embedded system, a general purpose system, or neither.
- Describe the similarities and differences between embedded systems used in E15 and the new NUCLEO board we will be using in E29.
